My son is 20 years old and has to have his teeth extracted. does he have to have bone graft for the implants?

You don't mention the reason for having the teeth extracted so we can't really comment on if he will need bone grafts. Did they get damaged in an auto accident, sports accident, hereditary disease, meth user, etc.
