Is this Spotting or early period and am I pregnant?

ok so here is the deal I am on the pill and me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on the 13th and 18th (which is my first and last day of ovulation) And I missed the pill two days in a row (18th and 19th: left it home) Now we are NOT TTC but it just happened to fall on these days. yesterday which was a full 7 days before my period is due I noticed some pink bleeding after using the bathroom (10 days after the 13th and 5 days after the 18th), and now today I noticed some brownish blood Im guessing.I went to the bathroom and seen that I have blood but not enough to fill a pad. Anyways I have been feeling a bit more tired (sleeping in late) and a little bit of nausea here and there, do you think that Im pregnant or just panicking ? Please let me know what you think, and all seriousness also (no fooling around)
