Should I look for a different job? Unfair tactics or normal?

If you don't like it leave. Nobody is holding a gun to your head. Sounds to me like it's not for you but that's just my opinion. In this economy however it would help to have a backup....if you don't need one then leave...at least give some notice. I left a good paying job four months ago that I was good at but my bosses stopped respecting me because the more I worked the harder they pushed me and the harder they pushed me the better I did and I got no breaks when I needed one. I was in a situation where I could afford to leave and I left because I was so miserable. Four months later I'm doing something totally different and am completely happy. Life is too short to be miserable but do keep in mind it's a tough economy out there.
