What are the Laws or rights behind this issue?

two young girls were adopted by a naturalized US citizen a couple years ago in their british foreign country. as far as i heard they was brought illegally to a U.S. territory and the are living there for several years going to school, but the cant live proper lives because of their lack of legal documents . Wat can be done to correct this situation!..anyone have REAL legal advice on this issue? PLEASE HELP...seriousness needed HERE they are on the verge of graduation from college and a few months from being adults!
