My boyfriend has a rare condition he's left me guessing?

Sounds like an attention seeker. If it is true, (which I doubt, and wouldn't be surprised if he's making it up so he can feel "special", lol) Guessing is futile. I personally wouldn't bother guessing at all and just ignore it and see his reaction to that. That would speak volumes.
